A letter to The Prime Minister

Self Responsibility

Gerald Mullaney

4 March 2025

Dear Christopher and James

School Lunches Back to BASICS lets get school lunches back on track

This whole subject and now a saga is about self responsibility, in particular Parents self responsibility.

Therefore I propose a NEW Law Change that makes parents responsible for taking care of their children in all respects if not fines occur or even a jail term if responsibility is not taken.

The new law to outline the EXPECTATION OF PARENT ACT 2025  Which will set out the expectations of every parent.

1. The lunch program is cancelled forthwith due to ungratefulness and lack of gratitude.

2. No hot food to be condsidered as it's too costly in all respects is never considered not including the fact that it uses a lot of energy.

3. In the new law the govt outline minimum standards  may even be RULES for breakfast, morning tea, Lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

Breakfast  consists of porridge, and milk, a little bit of honey, two slices of toast with butter and vegemite and one apple. hot chocolate drink.

Morning tea    one orange and cold drink made at home.

Lunch two vegetarian salad sandwiches, one banana, one drink made at home in a bottle

Dinner Savoury meat/fish/chicken dish, mashed potatoes, and mixed frozen veg, maybe a salad.

Dessert apple pie with ice cream.

Hot Chocolate drink.

Wifes or husbands back in the kitchen preparing nice food for their children rather than playing on face book all day.

Providing lunches should never be National, NZFirst or Act policy bigger and better things to get on with, without worrying about meals when the real deal is that its the PARENTS RESPONSIBILITY
