There are many reasons why Adrian threw the towel, in this article we explore why he just had enough.

1. Being a public servant, especially as this level, bring great pressure to perform and get it right. This causes tremdous stress, in business life as well in private life. In a position like the governors position there would be no life as this is a seven day a week job, keeping ahead of the fast moving economy and keeping the economy on track, especially inflation and or fighthing deflation, there is alway something to fight it never ends.

2. It was also noticed that Adrain had put on a lot of weight it could be seen in his face indicating stress and or health problems causes by stress of the job and the pressure to reduce the OCR.

3. Possible pressure from the Minister of Finance and the Prime Minister to reduce the OCR faster and sooner as the economy was and is tanking very badly and with elections around the corner in 2026 and national polls tanking the pressure was on. Adrian held out, as one of his jobs was to contain inflation. Inflation is coming under control the job is possibility 80% completed however the reduction in the OCR has not kicked in as at March 2025 and many business and property owners are going broke. These issues would have caused security problems causing further stress.

4. The possibility that Adrain was not a National Party Member therefore there may have been pressure to replace him with a National man.

5. Adrian is a wealthy man and investor, therefore he may have asked the question of himself " Why am i putting up with all of this nonsence when i dont have to'?

6. Therefore the answere became clear to Adrian, Adrian simply put up the sign GONE FISHING.

There is no middle any more, your either to the right or to the left.

That is the choice

I choose the right because i like the idea of things being based on self responsibility and promotion on merit, the people that are going for it hard working people trades farmers, professionals, self employed, business people, creative people, people doing things and creating jobs and wealth all about the land of New Zealand.

The farmers, some who are up as early as 3am milking the cows, growing the food we eat, these people are the hero's. Hard working but contiue to be beaten up time to put a stop to natactfirst.

Choose the ideals of the righ and watch the country boom for all.

We don't need all this social wefare, people need to be educated into work or jobs that meet their needs and meet the needs of the economy.

Lets choose SELF RELIANCE policies and see the economy boom.
