To help understand the Ukaraine war between Ukaraine and Russia we must understand boarder wars and each countries security.
Ukraine is the largest country in Europe by land mass excluding Russia, located entirely in Europe, and its internationally recognized border has a total length of over 5,6 thousand kilometers on land and 1,3 thousand kilometers in the sea. Ukraine shares the border with seven other countries: Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, Russia, and Belarus.
Ukaraine is a huge piece of land that bow waves right into europe and russia which acts as a buffer between Europe and Russia.
How deep does it go well you have Ukaraine, Poland then Germany
therefore Russia is on the door step of an unprepared nation and Nations very serious situation for Germany.
The heart of the problem is that Ukaraine wanted to side with Europe and the Americans and NATO.
The Europeans said to Ukaraine NO you cant join Nato or Europe as this would be a declaration of war by Russia, therefore it was never going to happen.
The whole war was a complete failure with the only outcome is that Russia will win and claim the prize of Ukarine.
It now looks likely that the American will withdraw from NATO leaving Europe unprotected against Russia and now Europe is in a major panick as it now got very limited security and was not prepared.
This has caused the European group to have many meeting and are now forced to spend trillion on re arming.
There will be plenty of profit in companies who have contracts with the governmants of Europe and UK.
Therefore there will be a boom in the armament and associated industries as war bekonds.
There will be a boom in the reconstuction industry.
Since 2022 the war has achieved nothing other than it looks like Russia has won the war therefore Eukaraine will become Russian Territory.
The war will end in 2025 after three years of war, destruction and 1.5 million people dead all for zero.
The military complex has made billions.
It is the view that America will allow Russia to take Ukaraine and that Russia will become friends with America with an agreement that Russia supplies unlimited Oil, Gas, Minerals and allows corporate america back into Russia to do business.
American Corporations and companies will do exceedingly well with reconstruction.
Where does this all tie in the morgage rates well wars are expensive as is reconstuction this could lead to higher inflation.
With NZ being so far away and with ocean boaders on all sides we may not be effected too much.
How ever NZ is facing chalenges with china and it war ship in the pacific Ocean and off the Australian coast therefore both countries will be increasing expenditure on building up the war machine.
It looks like volitality every where therefore be viligiant on securing a great low rate when it appear in 2025.
